First time VPS buyer, need it for mailing

So when I order I assume that I just put my domain name in for these:
Hostname:
NS1 Prefix:
NS2 Prefix:

Then the one I'm getting does come with cPanel, but it is unmanaged. Will I get a log in for cPanel like I would with regular shared hosting (give me a log in)? or do I need to set all this up myself?

Im not sure how much cpanel will help you with doing mailing on a big scale.

Here are the settings:

NS1 Prefix:ns1
NS2 Prefix:ns2
