First Time Using Fiverr = SCAMMED!

I never heard back from Fiver on my support ticket. it says status as "awaiting to be assigned to " etc - I just go to Fiver now and on the front page there is a warning box that says

"ATTENTION - ACCOUNT WARNING There is a problem with your PayPal account/credit card payments to Fiverr.
To avoid getting your account restricted, we ask that you resolve this matter quickly with PayPal. If you have any questions, please contact our customer support here.

I guess they want me to cancel the request for a refund but fuck them, they never bothered to reply or help me with my issue... what would you guys do?

The problem now is that I have no accounts to buy and I will probably get banned for fiverr, and the seller gets nothing done, very strange. I'm not sure I life fiverr, I wanted to. Can anyone tell me where to buy accounts, I can not see any on the forum either.
 
It's Almost impossible to get scammed on Fiverr, Because they release the payment after you give a feedback about the services

really, so you think if I cancel the paypal return then they will resolve it?
 
You can take the order number and contact fiverr support to cancel the order. They will cancel it directly without asking and you will get your funds back. Try this if you need your funds back
 
I canceled the Paypal dispute as fiverr finally contacted me and said my order was now canceled and just waiting for me to close it with Paypal which I did. So that is good and I will continue to use Fiverr but I would recommend anyone that buys accounts like I did to login immediately and change all passwords for each account along with the verify email and phone number plus change the secret question.

Wow you mean Fiverr will ban you if you file a complaint with Paypal?????????????
 
Sorry for your luck. It is too bad that it did not work for you. Hopefully the seller gets back to you on this or else I would suggest that you do get ahold of the support team on fiverr.
