it all based on activity and the relativiness. ( how related the content, item or video are to the viever)

it may be stopped for people who are selling incorrectly and has bad selling behavior. eBay no longer suspend accounts with human beings, ebay artificial intelligence are doing everything, and if sellers fail to understand how to interact and sell there - there were tons of suspension. literally - tons of suspension. Change in the selling activity or your daily basis may lead to MC011 or mc113 or even worse - high risk action which can lead to permanent ban without any request.
