First Time Site Seller - Where Do I Start?

Hi guys,

I have a site that has made a a gradual month on month increase in revenue.

I'd like to sell the site and have read the stickies but still unsure where to start. Should I just list it on flippa?

Do i reveal the URL in the listing?

Is it realistic to think I'll be able to get x15 what it earns per month?

How do i accept payment?

How long from listing, to receiving payment does it tend to take?

How do i transfer the site to someone safely without being ripped off?

If someone can point me to a guide that would be great.

15 times your monthly is certainly possible. It's usually 12 - 18 months of income.

Just to add I would say you can expect up to x10. Also be careful selling with on flippa, a lots of scams goin on.

Sell here it is good market place.

Yeah, BHW is a great marketplace. You may also go with your listings. For payment method, Paypal is the best option on my opinion. good luck.
