Seems to be a customized mod message. I sometimes get this type of message at post removal, but not this one exactly.

a mod removed the message, they are just having fun, is like the funny 504 messages from some websites, so they decided to make it fun instead of your comment did not comply our TOS and was removed by a moderator, is funny if you read a anti evil team removed your comment.
