I’m from the east coast of the US. There aren’t any earthquakes here. I was in an earthquake once when I visited California. I just about crapped my pants. Yeah. I was scared. Lol

You felt the power of the earth? right? There's a four elements in this world are very powerful. The four key elements are Water, Fire, Air, Earth(rocks, soil).
It was a very bad experience for me in 2004. (google >> 2004 tsunami) After that earthquake, mega tsunami arrived into my country and destroyed everything that my family had.

Hey There Country Neighbor! I felt that in Skopje even if it was in Greece it was a lot of shake in my apartment.
On topic: I experienced a few earthquakes before and the honestly first day you can't sleep, after 2 days of "aftershock" (means you feel like there was an earthquake, but not) it is back to normal.

It's not an earthquake-ridden area where i live fortunately. I felt earthquake twice, what i can remember. Something like two years ago there was an earthquake in Croatia, which caused big trouble there, that could be felt here too and another one a couple months later. A few chimneys collapsed here, but that was the worst. Still not a pleasant feeling. I'm not too worried though, i live in a house with 70 cm wide brick walls.
