First time doing blackhat media buying for crypto campaigns

nice to meet you, I have a lot of exp with affiliate networking for many years, the thing is I have decided to take a step forward after a long time of serachinga round and a very stong offer I have received from 1 of my direct clients to get a budget over 50k usd and a salary of 20k EUR a month - I am thrilled and ready to start with creating ads online, I am looking to pay as well to the person who will teach me - preferences are ads in meta using accounts and tracker - cloaking and all of that.

I will need a dedicated media buyer to help me learn the basics and I will take it from there.
