Backlink maintenance: I'm checking which links needs to be indexed, which links are indexed , and which link has been dropped.

Footprint check: I like to go over all my verified links in GSA to help find new footprints to build links to.

Cool, do you use footprint studio or whatever it's called in the settings pane?

February 15, 2015 - Minor Update


Majestic limit reset, time to finally filter a list and start building new links in GSA.


I'm going to read into expired domains and start scraping some today.
Hopefully I'll be able to find some good ones.


* Backlink maintenance
* Filtered a huge list down and imported as Target URLs in GSA
* Started looking for expired domains to pick up
* Picked up a PR3, and TF16 expired domain.

I use Footprint Factory now.

I used to go through it manually when I didn't have many verified links to go though.

February 16, 2015 - Minor Update


Not much today as well. Same as yesterday except I'll be generating more articles for GSA. Rankings are looking good, more and more of my keywords are starting to appear in the top 100.

I started from nothing for this journey, but I've been saving up money for a while to buy the tools I have today to even begin this journey.

February 17, 2015 - Minor Update


I added a few hundred new footprints to my footprint list and restarted my GScraper scrape. This scrape is going to take a looooooooooooooooong time by the looks of it lol. 5 million links scraped (didn't remove duplicates yet) and it's 0.9% done lol. I might just stop this scrape prematurely if it isn't done before GSA runs out of target URLs.

I got sick mid day yesterday but I'm feeling pretty good today (might just be the tylenol) .

February 19, 2015 - Minor Update


PBN report came in so the order is completed and I'm happy with the results. I can definitely see why people use PBNs so much in their SEO campaigns.

I want to start reading into building your own PBN because, I can see buying them getting costly. :S

Use Scrapebox for scraping it will save time. SB is more powerful than GSA for scraping

I'm using GScraper to scrape, not GSA. Although I do use ScrapeBox for little scrapes and daily task, love that program

I can't say it's better because, I haven't used the two enough to give you an answer.
I just prefer GScraper because I can run more threads with the help of their proxy service and I don't have to worry about GScraper crashing when harvesting a lot of links.

February 20, 2015 - Minor Update


I bought an expired domain off of BHW Market place last night for $25 just to get a general idea of what kind of backlink profile I should be avoiding and I woke up with it in my inbox! Good to see that I was kind of on the right track.


I'm going to be stopping my GScraper session prematurely because I prefer looking for domains with GScraper Vs. ScrapeBox.
This shouldn't be an issue because it's gathered 2 billion links (didn't removed dups yet) lol. This is going to take longer than usual to filter down. :S
