In the next 1-2 days I wanna start my first seo campaing trying to rank my website with GSA

I have GSA,indexer,cs and public proxys at the beginning.
But I have some question before I'll set it all up.

2. How much backlinks to add to the moneysite is safe? (per day)
3. Niche is weak, when I will see serp increase?
4. Is WAC enough for article building?
5. Scrape list in scrapebox or let gsa scrape while posting?
6. 30 Dedi Proxys or 60 Semi Dedi proxys?
7. Any other tips?
