First Sale!

Making money through Clickbank is a myth

Yep, total myth. No money to be made there. That's why they've been around since 1998 and so many vendors sell products through their system. All those vendors probably just like having a bunch of affliliates that don't ever make any sales. It's all just one big scam!!!

Or wait.... Maybe, just maybe.... Out of all those products for sale through clickbank, and all the affiliates trying to sell them there are actually some people that are good at it. Maybe if you choose the right product and market it correctly, it actually is possible to make some money through Clickbank.

Maybe the problem is just that you haven't been able to personally set up a successful campaign, and based on that have decided that everyone else is lying and that its a myth that a lot of people have made some money through this 12 year old company.

Hmmmm? Just something to think about.

And for the OP, congratulations man. Even if it is as you say that you got lucky, just keep at it. Now you know that it's possible. Just work it till it becomes consistent.

Nice said GreyWolf. Some people try CB for a day or two and declare it as scamming network. Clikcbank products cannot be promote in traditional ways these days. You need to be very innovative in approach.

Making money through Clickbank is a myth

You got it wrong... NOT making money through Clickbank is a myth;)

On a serious note. I really don't know why there are so many rumors floating around that you can't make money with promoting CB products.

Let me assure you that you can make even GOOD money. But...

1. You have to know what you are doing.
2. You should stay away from the Internet marketing/ Making money niches.

Clickbank still works. I have had the most success with promoting products outside the IM niches. People in the regular world have no idea what Clickbank is, so they get sucked in much faster to these professional sales letters.

I think the rumors that it doesn't work are greatly exaggerated.

Unless you really know what you're doing. ;)

LOL...:D Of course. But I was addressing the average marketer. And for them it's definitely better to stay away from the 2 niches I mentioned in my post.

ahh.. I remember my first CB sale. There will be many more to come - Congrats!

Good, good. Keep them away from competing with me as long as possible. ;)
