Hey everyone,
So, exactly 2 weeks ago, I started my own SEO/web marketing firm.
Had a nice website set up, ordered some business cards, and was good to go. I put a few ads on Craigslist and already have a local client that is interested in hiring me. He is looking for the following services, quote on quote:
His questions are:
1) Do you have references?
2) What can you do for me?
3) What are your fees?
So, as far as references, I don't really have any. I DO have a local dentist website I started last year. Not for a client; just started it, in hopes of ranking it and selling it. It ranks on page 1 and 2 for 5 keywords with around 1500 searches a month total. Would this be something I should show him?
As far as fees, is this something I should tell him we can discuss once we go over things in more detail? I don't want to overprice/underprice.
I'd appreciate any suggestions from you guys.
Here is the full email, just in case anyone asks:

Now, he has asked me three questions via email. I just want to see what sort of answers I should be leaning towards.Blog/yelp Creation, Content Development, Back link development, Article posts, Public relations posts, business directory listings, monthly custom reporting, on going optimization, social media networking

Messages: Hi I'm looking for a SEO service for my start up business. I do have a website, but it's currently under construction; it will be ready by the end of August. The main reason I'm looking for a SEO service is to have the maximized traffic to my website so that my work can be exposed to potential clients as much as possible. In addition, I can't say I'm savvy in computer-oriented social networking, such as facebook, tweeter, yelp, etc. I would like my service to professionally manage my website not only in major search engines, but also in the social networking area as well. I desire to expand my networking by getting exposed in other related websites of my field. I'm looking for a long-term partner who can bring the results.
Blog/yelp Creation
Content Development
Back Links Development
Article posts
Public Relations Posts
Business Directory Listings
Monthly Custom Reporting
Ongoing Optimization
Please reply with (1) what you can do for me, (2) references if any, and (3) fees
I would love to visit you in person for consultation.
