First post... and a forum question!

Though its only been a couple of days... I must say that I've felt more at home here then any other site/forum/chatroom yet (yeah i've been lurking around the darker corners a few times over the years, but this is the first time joining in the fun).

Sure I still consider myself a no0b (ie. not a single discolored toe in the water), but do want to actively learn and apply what little knowledge I have and can gleen in a constructive fashion, not to mention giving back to a community I can honestly relate to! (insert D+C's excellent BHU sales pitch here)

Without turning this into the post from hell (yes I have some questions about getting up to speed quickly and somewhat safely), let me ask, how does one upload/use a custom avatar image?

I did actually look around the CP and couldn't find a way, just the generic offerings. (maybe it will appear after my first post, lol)

Yes, the glasses were on my face, even though they are only needed for distance.

Yeah, already tried that (User CP), but still don't see where/how one uploads an image.

Even tried without the glasses on this time. I noticed 2 pages of hosted images and a toggle that allows you to not have an avatar.

I know this may sound lame/noobish, but where should I be looking in the 'User CP' area exactly?

Thank you again for taking the time; and if anyone can share/answer this it would be helpful- but I will also be equally as happy just using a stock avatar.
