Currently I got 10 domains with good stats and backlink profile. Now it comes to building site, I will start with building 1 wordpress site. When I check out archive I can see that site belonged to IT company. Now my questions are:
    - How smart is to copy content from old site?
    - How smart is to use logo they used?
    - Which WP plugins you would suggest me to use?
    - How smart would be to just bring up new Wordpress and do just similar content to one on old site? That seem like easiest option for me.
    - Which theme to use/not use? Feel free to suggest.

If I come up with any other questions I will let you know guys.

If the internal pages of the domain in question hold good backlinks then it is prudent to revive the site from archive.org and add your links to those pages slowly. That is provided you are in the same niche. If you are not in the same niche then you are better off building out a site from scratch and redirecting all the internal pages to your homepage to drive the baclink power to the homepage.

At which pace I should start adding my backlinks? What I should do in case I dont have old site(files) but I should rebuild it? I should just put wordpress and make same urls and put same content that used to be on old site or?

Pace of backlinks - Depends on the age of domain and the current backlinks that it holds. However, you can start adding links very slowly within a month time from you build the site

Old files - You can find them at archive.org and use a tool or service that lets you extract those files. There are quite a few tools available, like the DomRecovery or Natural Networks tool which can do the job for you. Else you can even do a manual work on it, like copying the content and posting it to a wordpress site.

You can put the same URLs if possible, else you can also create new posts with the same content and redirect the old URL to the new post URL in wordpress. This helps in passing any linkjuice that the old URL holds.

What is your opinion about this idea. Lets say we got blog about web design that we want to rank. And we have three PBN domains, first site was about tourism for example, second about art and third was eccomerce. What you think about reviving old site and then just including some content that will be somehow related to website design? For example we put on tourism some content related to design of that website and how we found tips on that blog.

Your idea of reviving it and re-jigging is spot-on.

Not, imho this is a majot foortprint, let's say that your domains have been offline for a while and now a new guy comes along, buys that domain and rebuild the site as it was, how does that not scream PBN?

    See 1

Depends on what for PBN you build, but the standard plugins for me are

    • Yoast SEO/All in seo
    • Super Cache
    • Contact form 7
    • a TOS plugin
    • Ninja pop-ups
    • Image optimizer
    • Jetpack (do not use the same wordpress account to login)

As long as the content us unique you'll be fine

You can use any theme, but make sure that your theme has the ability to post links on the first page, either just inside your content or via the Excerpt, when i started i forgot that and i had only inner page links, was my first rookie mistake, learn from it

    Good luck
