I just started a website, and am wondering what you would do if you were in my position. It was going to be about babies, articles and advice stuff. It comes up as third result for a two word search. I just started it a week ago. Is this something that just starts out like this then it will be buried in pages as time goes by?

I think you´ll stick. No competition for the term. 1.6k searches a month...

Well done my friend. But next time I advise you don´t give away your keywords, you never know what kind of eyes you could attract.

Big chance the result is only temporary. If you don't build backlinks, then it will possibly disappear from #1 page.

If you already reach the first page don't try to build a lot of spammy backlinks, only quality links (even few of them), don't play with the G he'll win.
