spikyy says it... it's the google dance, we've all heard it (and seen it) before. I once got a clients site to literally #1 (low competition), then boom, it was gone. I was aghast, but the client told me to just keep on building links. So I did and the site came back, then stayed there for awhile. I guess one way to think about it is this... if you're king of the mountain, there will always be someone wanting to knock you off, so you must fight to stay there.l
And someone once against, when are there ENOUGH back links? Well think about it logically, if you build and build, promote and promote, then get to page 1 or number 1, would the inbound links suddenly stop? Probably not, they'd probably increase since more people would be talking about you. So keep it up, you're certainly on the right road.

strange cause my compeition is shit... 
but still I yet have to get backlinks as I only have 1 lol but my other pages are still on top and im getting same traffic as i began with. Another questions, would it be a gd idea to put google on my blog that shows tv series but on megavideo ?

Are you talking about putting Adsense on a page that has tv shows through megavideo? If the tv shows are copyrighted and you show them without permission then it would be against Adsense program policies
I have your quickest solution.
If its a blog, make a list of 15 (not less) blog directories of high PR.
Submit your blog following the proper section on that directories.
Submit your blog into the 15 or more directories the same day, then wait one day, or probably two (no more).
Your site will be number #1 again, and u will be happy again.
