For higher crt ads should be placed between post title and content. It looks like you are targeting "home refinance" keyword which got about 12000 exact searches per month, which is ok but you won't beat your competitors. Come on there are 3mln sites and the top ones got PR7.

should really put the ads at the top of your content (as suggested between the title and content itself) especially after reading some of your content, I personally wouldn't make it half way down to even find your ads let alone click on them.

If they were on the top I'd at least have a quick out if I didn't like what I read (or in this case if it wasn't very helpful and had not so great grammar)
