I was reading a lot and came across some people saying there email submits dont work after testing, Or that some get leads get scraped. So i went to my site and actually tested them and only 2 out of 7 actually worked from email submit. The other 5 either kept looping and asking questions over again and wouldn't pay out.
So make sure you test your offers to make sure they even pay out at "Email submit"

Thanks for your answer. In these kind of methods the LP is my biggest obstacle because I dont know what kind of LP should I create to convert.
I don't want you to spoonfeed me (I will test on my own) but I have one more question.
What style is your LP... Is it an one page with a big button that goes to the offer or you made a whole fake email submit site that redirects to the offer?

It is not complicated I just run a paid native ads campaign with an ROI of about 200%.
The tricky bit is the start and setting up and optimising campaigns to be profitable. Once you have a winner you just repeat it.
I don't remember how much I spent optimising, but once done to make $100 per day, I invest $100 in ads per day. At the end of the day I have $200. I put $100 in my bank and leave the other $100 for the next day. I don't think I have touched the campaign in 2 years, as I am off doing other things.
The trick isn't finding traffic, it is finding traffic that converts profitably and then automating it, because trying to do it all by hand, manually posting etc it becomes very difficult to scale as you don't have enough time.

Some of them don't work I guess , That's why i recommend you personally test your offers that your promoting. You want to find out how hard it is for them to convert .
