First Layer Backlinks - One - Many Pages?

Hello) I highly appreciate this forum and have already learned many useful things her. And now I've face the dillema and need your advice.
I create first layer links to my site on web 2.0 properties, like weebly, wordpress and many others. The question is I've built these sites with one article - the content is quality and unique, made a lot of second layer linkbuilding. Now I'm starting the second round and can't decide - what is better - to add second article to these sites or to create new sites just for one article again. What will be more beneficial for the site. I would be grateful for all your advice

Yes, here I agree with you, bu I wonder of first layer links should come from one-page sites like keyword.wordpress.com or it's better to have a number of articles published in each of such minisites

In my opinion I think it's better to have your layer 1 web 2.0's filled with more than 1 article. It would look much more natural. And note that not all articles on these layer 1 sites should be linked to your money site.
