Hi,
Please can anyone direct me to a first contact email that I can send to an offline potential client via email.

I need a nice copywrite email message.

Thanks you and I'm grateful

The best would to write a custom one since it all depends on what kind of services you plan to sell.
A template could work but would probably land in his spam folder.

100%. Never just send off a template email. If you want it to convert then it needs to come from you. It has to tell the reader what you have to offer and why they should give you the time of day. This is where you own personality/tone comes into play. Know how many generic emails we see a day? You can pick them out immediately. Write a few and test what ones do better. Just don't pull a generic one off - that is like shooting yourself in the foot.

Your whole approach would depend on what service you are offering.

A great writer in any business is must. If you can't do hire a good writer. As they say - First impression is the last impression.

Hello Member,
The best options are mentioned below.
1. Purchase English grammar book or prefer online websites because if you will ignore little mistake in E - mail , it will give bad impression to your client.
2. The other option is hire a professional person whose English is very strong and ( positive extra ordinary ) who is capable to speak and write excellent English.

And also follow some important points
Make your purpose clear
Brand with a meaningful subject line.
Front-load the nuts and bolts.
Pay attention to tone
Engage people with your sentences
Vary sentence length
Don't be a pompous jerk
Brevity Is key.
CC with moderation.

Thanks

These people get 100's of emails a day

if you can find their email, do can any other fucker.

Take yourself to them, walk into their office and ask for them. You will close much easier and it will cut out a lot of the BS.
