i think the reason these "ALIENS" are not engaging publicly because first like us they might have the sense of reading the planet and they saw we are destroying the planet by green house gases and one of them might came up with a thought that if they went public .. people like elon musk can come to their planet and then other people will pay million dollars to take them there on his ships .. so traveling will increase and then some earth people will might want to live there and hence increase the population and all sort of things .. so basically they going with Trump's current ideology of making a wall (which is good if you think only about american citizen) that keep the Aliens away and protect their own country.

Yep, this footage, even though still pretty recent - couple years dunno exactly - has been around for a while. They just admitted that its real. Don't think its some mass psychological tactic they're doing.
 
Maybe they just wanted to divert our attention from what is happening or from what is going to happen. With this unexpected time of release its pretty obvious
 
As someone else said, this footage has been doing the rounds for ages. What with funding cuts, it's probably a high coast lens floater. ;)
