First Cookie vs Last Cookie

i believe what your saying is that the last cookie dropped is the one that gets the money is that what you mean?

Yes, I'm assuming that the "last cookie" would mean that the last link clicked would result in the last cookie being left, and therefore it gets the money. That seems easy enough, and I think I get that part, but what about "first cookie"?
Does that mean that first link clicked drops a first cookie that is the "king of the hill" and over rules all other cookies?
