To answer few questions:
Traffic was from adwords PPC
Commission is from one sale
I will try to scale it up....til now I spent another $50 (thats what originally made the sale) but no luck. Will do some more investing...and probably get rid of some kws and leave only few more targeted .

Are you tracking? is the traffic going from the ads to a landing page if yes then what is it a review page of the product or article?

EDIT: Oh my bad. I almost forgot you need to have 5 sales from at least 2 different cards. My accounts are from 2014 and 2016, so I almost forgot that there this condition.
But, those conditions can be met easily in the blackhat way. After all, this is Black Hat World.
I don't think so. I have always received the money in my account in max 3 days, considering my timezone is nearly 12+ hours ahead of CB's timezone. Else, I would consider it for 2 days.
BTW, congrats OP. Keep working, it will definitely get traction and test other products too, parallelly.
