Can someone review my blog and give me some input. http://kingoffreestuff.blogspot.com I've never done CPA but I had this idea last night so I decided to give it a shot.

I think if you are going to push CPA offers through people just landing on a blog, then the blog needs to be niche targeted. Yours looks too generic.

Make niche blogs targeted to keywords so the site gets organic traffic, then put up adsense and a related CPA offer. Get a better blogger template as well. That one is really odd looking.

I like the way you present the offers but that template has to go.

I think some articles may help too.

If you're doing CPA I think you should have your own blog not blogspot, because blogspot can delete your blog at any time, and often for no reason at all.

yeah. you should get your own hosing and domain... don;t let blogspot control you

I changed up the template. Maybe a little better? Since I've never done CPA I just wanted to try it without spending alot of time or buying a domain/hosting. I figured google would provide some traffic and I would try sending a little just to see what happens.

Its not going to convert unless you find some way to promote it. Google only sends traffic to things people are searching for. If you don't have that, then I suggest facebook and twitter.

Yea, I am going to run some test campaigns this week on both twitter and facebook. I've been using that fiverr website alot lately for test stuff like this.

i look forward to hearing your next progress then ... because I'm planning to start learning about CPA after working on my affiliate websites.

So i placed an ad on Craigslist this morning in the free section:

42 Panasonic Flatscreen - Works sometimes
Free 42" panasonic flatscreen. Won it from a giveaway about 3 years ago. Works sometimes, doesn't always power on and has black bars burnt in on the screen. First come first served. I will not hold it for anyone, it will be out on the curb. Email for address.

Now I am getting bombarded with emails and driving some traffic to my site. Is there a good way to monetize this without getting banned from my affiliate account?

If you are able to successfully post on CL, then you are just a tweak away from success.

Instead of leaving your website address in the ad, let them just email you, then autorespond with, sorry, the TV is gone, but the give away that I won it through is at this page xxxxx.xxx and direct them to your blog with the offer clearly easy to find. This creates a demand for the item as people will want to try and get a free one for themselves and it filters your CL traffic through a blog. Affiliates don't like CL traffic.

So affiliates don't care where the traffic to your blog came from? I was under the impression they checked up on that. So I will create a landing page with the offer on my blog maybe tie into the rest of my content by showing a picture the tv i won previously, maybe the same picture i'm showing on CL...email everyone with the link.... I like it.

Once someone lands on your blog, its all good. They are going to be coming there through a link you put in an email so the affiliate can never know that lead originated in CL.

I love it. Thanks so much for the help. I'm getting all kinds of crazy ideas now.

So I got about 100 responses before getting flagged. I autoresponded to the emails with :

"I know I said I wasn't going to hold it but some lady promised she was going to pick it up tonight. If it's still availabe I'll let you know. I got mine just by submitting a form. You can read about it at http://doiop.com/42tv I'm not saying you'll get one for sure but it can't hurt to try. "

It's funny because I'm getting responses back with "if she doesn't pick it up then let me know" Suckas!

Guess we'll see what happens.

Probably because I put a "follow me" & url at the bottom of my ad. I think people are just a little flaghappy on CL.

CL has become a tough bitch lately with the flaggers and PVA's and proxies needed, but it was worth a try. Now see how many of the 100 will convert.

This is new to me, great tips. Does this mean CL doesn't allow you to put your url on the ad? But we are allowed to list our email address in the ad?

you say "Affiliates don't like CL traffic", but it doesn't matter right? I mean the traffic from CL will go to the dezign89's blog first instead of directly to the affiliate website.
