1. Sign up to UpWork and start taking on some gigs there to build that up and get cashflow asap.
2. Pick a niche. Maybe something in eCommerce and target them for SEO services, that way I can start my pricing at a few thousand a month.
(I wouldn't restrict myself to this niche, hence UpWork, but use it as a starting point for outreach)
3. Reach out to businesses via email and/or LinkedIn, as I teach, with videos teaching them some cool stuff and pushing for a call. I'd spend 12-14 hours a day doing this, all day, when not building up the UpWork stuff.
4. When landing these clients, I'd outsource everything but to separate providers. Guest post provider service, onpage freelancer, technical freelancer, etc.
5. Collect case studies from these guys, push them to give me referrals, and leverage their results to improve the above results.
Ideally over time the UpWork stuff would build up too, so clients would start coming to me there as an extra source of leads.
That's enough to get up to multiple 6-figures, from there can do whatever since cashflow is good.
