I get that this question is really important but you only need to pc 3 pages and it was answered very often. So please do it next time.

I ask because I got invited to the program, but when you are completing the invite it asks you where are you from... And I live in none of the supported countries...

Have you been invited exclusively in the French program or also in the English?Quora program definitely works great, and especially with other languages than English.
I publish 225 questions, and they generate 486$ in around 4month. I ask questions about current events and actuality, and also more general topic around music and tech. I didn't post any question until 3month and I still receive good earning.
The French program pays for any impressions on the questions, not only ads impressions.
I still don't understand why they invite me, and what type of criteria they have. My profile was pretty low quality, spammy answer and no question at all.
I ask my friend to join the program because of my earning. I have a friend that builds a very solid profile in 2 months, with around 100 questions and 100 answers. He contacts Quora and they refuse to invite him because his profile was too fresh. I think profile age is a key factor, I check my account age and he is from 2014.

When I first joined the program in August 18' I asked a few hundred questions and then quit. I discovered I was making a dollar a day, so I started asking 20 questions a day and started converting my questions to other languages.
MOST IMPORTANT LESSON: DO NOT CONTINUOUSLY SEND ANSWER REQUESTS to the same people, in the same topic for example.... Parenting... Some Quora users report for no reason, and the moderators give you an edit ban. When emailing Quora, you get an auto generated email with no details on what you did wrong.
With that being said, Quora can be a very good way to make a few thousand a year. The best part is you're always learning new shit to ask the questions.
