First $2 made online with adsense!!!!

Success? Not really, those $2 were from my OWN clicks, LOL.

Anyways, I never used adsense before, never knew how to build a site, never knew how to use wordpress or any of that junk... so it feels pretty special to me.

Well, back to linkbuilding, trying my best to get my website ranked on the first page.

PS: I do have a question... google keyword tool shows $4 CPC for my particular keyword, why does my adsense campaign only show actual CPC of 0.5 cents?

And... how does my adsense ads know which keyword I'm targeting? Or does it just guess based on my page's content?

Dude, if you click your own ads, your adsense is banned and your done with adsense forever. Never EVER even look at your page if you might even accidentally hit one of them yourself. You wont know your banned either until you are ready to receive payment, the day or few days before they will block you out.

So, your next question should be, "now that my adsense is banned, how do I start affiliate marketing, what is commision junction?"

And, a lot of us have adwords campaigns going on, so, useless clicks isn't something cool.

Yea, it's not worth it. If you have an adsense account, keep it. There are a lot of people that got banned for stupid stuff like this, and then have trouble getting another account approved. So stop, and if you get an email, play stupid and blame it on your wife or something.

Well congrats on your first clicks, even if they were your own. The whole point of IM though, is to automate everything, so you don't become a slave of your work, like with most daily jobs.

Regarding your CPC question, the CPC displayed there is for Adwords, it's an estimate of what advertisers will have to pay per click, depending on the competition (THEY) have. Both CPC and Competition displayed there is for advertisers not publishers, hence the Google 'Adwords' Keyword Tool.

If you'd like a rough estimate of your earnings, closest I can give you is to calculate 20% of whatever CPC is displayed there. This will of course, vary depending on what ads are being displayed on your website.

Make sure your desired keywords are in your title and description.
 
"Chitka" lol what a waste lol but hey, you have 50k clicks a day you might earn $5.00 or soo.
 
2 clicks is nothing.just don't do it again and you'll escape without anything ;)
 
Lol, newb to the max i guess.

I might have clicked on my add once or twice to test it on my laptop.

The other times I clicked on the ads, I was on school computers.
 
aish.. be pro by not clicking your own ads.. others from adsense you can use blackhat/fraud technique..
When comes to adsense, try to figure out how to make it naturally $1000 by one site..
 
do not click your own ads again !
i don't hope so, but perhaps at this moment your account is already banned...
