hey all, i have proxies with user/pass, and i tried foxy proxy, and they say only the pro version lets you use user/pass

wanted to know if i can get the cracked version of the pro somewhere, or if you could recommend some other free addon that would let me use user/pass

Proxy firewall is a not a ff add on, but does what u r looking to do. It does everything that foxy proxy does.

you can use private proxies with foxyproxy standard as well, but firefox will prompt you your username & password everytime you load one

this and you just push remeber me or remeber this password and you wont have to pick them again combine with premium proxy switcher. in one click you can switch your proxy hassel free. this what i do

no, it doesn't, it just shows an error page and te site doesn't load, no prompt for password.

weird, ru sure you configured the proxy in foxyproxy right? IP

it always asks me for the username & password, if i use a private proxy

and what if u use the built in proxy manager in firefox? (Tools/Options/Advanced/Network/Settings), that way if you configure your private proxy right, firefox will also prompt you your username & password

if it's not working either, you may have non-working non-private proxies/something went wrong with your firefox, what i don't really think

i took the proxy form a respected provider here. will check with him once he is online. thanks for all the help honeybird

just load it manually into the firefox toools blah what honeybird said.

and if it doesnt work try a free proxy that dont need no pass/username, just so you can pinpoint the problem. to see if the problem is on your end or the providers end

i am using foxy proxy non paid version and i don't have any problems, even tough i need password... you sure you checked everything properly?
