Once I use the portable FF setup with Imacro, It was ready to use setup include Imacro installed. Can you give me the link to that setup or solve the crashing issue?

It doesn't matter whether you use the portable or non-portable Firefox. If you use the same version number from both and one crashes, the other one will too. The portable version must have worked, because it was paired with an appropriate iMacros version.
Try downgrading Firefox and iMacros too until you find a combo, which doesn't crash while running that specific macro.
Or alternatively you can try to use the standalone iMacros browser, but it can be that you need to need to modify the macro in that case.

Downgrade your Firefox version to 47.0.2. I use it with iMacros v. 8.9.7 and it works smooth no crashes, been using this for few months now without issues.

Another option is to install CometBird or Pale Moon browser they are based on Mozilla Firefox, then install Imacros on them. Both of those browsers are super compatible with iMacros.
