Firefox Portable and cookies

Hi everyone,

This might not be the best section to post to, but I am kinda new here and thought folks in this section should definitely know the answer to my issue.

If I have a regular Mozilla Firefox installed on my system and I also use several Firefox portables, do cookies and other user-unique information get shared between those firefoxes? Or no matter what you do, cookies and other objects always stay within the Firefox portable folder?

Is there a way to check cookies and to compare them between each other? This way I could find out if they are unique with each browser I am using

No, they should not be shared. As each instance store profile details in its own sub folder.

Like Aaric mentioned above, cookies are not shared between firefox portable browsers.

I've been using firefox portable to run many facebook/pinterest accounts and never had a problem.

Yes, you can read about Firefox/Chrome profiles. There is lot of information about where the files are stored and how to take back etc.
