"Firefox is configured to use a proxy server that is refusing connections" have an idea?

hey roomies

I'm using proxiesforrent, this is my 4th day
they've been working fine until about an hour ago

and now I'm getting the message that the proxy server
is refusing connection?

I've used proxies before, but never encountered this issue
is this common place? I didn't touch my network settings
just loaded the proxy as usual, then this happened a little
while later......using US based proxies


(BTW the service and speed of the proxies has been great
up to now, so I have no other complaints)

any info would be helpful

that was a simple conclusion even for a layman like me
I've experience using proxies, but not "ultra" experienced..

just didn't know if that is usually likely the case.....
