Hello,
I am running multiple FF profiles at the same time (4 at the moment).

My problem is, that firefox loads my HDD at 100% and the whole system lags too much.

I have tried to disable disk&memory cache, using firemin at the moment, but could not solve this issue.
I can not RAMdisk ff, because my ram is only 4GB. (I relocated cache to RAM, but it did not help, though.)
I have also tried to optimize browser this tutorial: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/black-hat-seo-tools/429026-tutorial-multiple-firefox-instances-imacors-automation-benefits-tips.html

Any idea will be very appreciated.

You need multiple hard drives. Save each instance to a different hard drive than what your OS, or if you moved your page file, a different drive than what your OS and Page file reside on. It will stop the HD from thrashing.

As an example, this computer has four hard drives in it. The numbering is zero based.
OS and programs reside on HD 0,
Data resides on HD 1 and HD2.
Page file resides on HD 3.

HD 3 is a hybrid drive, others are conventional with large caches. Ram is 20 gigs, but computer seldom uses more than 4 gigs unless running VMs.

Sata drives can read and write at the same time. Some program needs to read from the hard drive while another program or OS needs to write to the hard drive. HD 0 is being read while the file pages to HD3, and the data is save to drives 1 and 2. Bottleneck is minimized.

My laptop does not have support of multiple hdds, so I can't move it anywhere.
I have disabled paging and disk usage dropped down, but the system became unstable.
The the best solution I see is SSD.

So far I have moved paginf file to diferrent partition and set Initial and Maximum size equal to each other = 6144mb (I have 4gb ram).
It helped a bit. Now system is much usable and disk usage is not constantly at 100% (it is fluctuating) like it was before.
Thanks.

buy a cheap used notebook for secondary, something which is powerful enough for the task (newer i3 or i5 processor, 4 GB or 6-8 GB RAM, win xp or win 7), something around 200 bucks should do, that's your best bet and run your resource intensive stuff on that

or buy a tablet, so you can browse or whatever you want to do without using the lagging machine

Can't really imagine a situation where a budget laptop would be a better option than a windows VPS for automation tasks.

@YourMoneyButton could you pm where to get a good windows VPS

get SSD vps or a dedi, or get a budget laptop and get a 64 gb ssd for it and use it purely for this purpose

If you have USB 2 ports, use an external USB drive. If you disable the page file, then you will need more RAM. From XP up, windows is capable of simultaneous read from one drive while writing to another.

Separate PC with SSD for this purpose is a good idea. Anyways, with Imacros I am very limited and am learning c# currently in order to create my bots.

i can :) when you can't get arsed yourself to set everything up on a VPS and you prefer to have maximal physical control over what you're doing in a machine at your hands, maybe even because of security reasons, being afraid of to be spied on, methods stolen etc., but maybe it's just me

Right, this is why I don't want to run my projects on VPS. Anyways, guy, who is monitoring can easily steal ideas.
