That's strange - it's one of our most popular browsers - I use it myself. What OS and which version of Firefox are you using?

That's what i'm using too, never had a single problem accessing BHW from it. Maybe your addons interfere with each other. Update FF to the latest version, if you haven't done it already, if the issue still persists, start FF with all addons disabled and start from there.
