Does anyone have any idea if this type of script would work? when a user who is running adblocker visits you website,can that adblocker be disabled by a script running on your pages?

No, best you can do is notify them or restrict access to the content of the website.

I love adblocker. If everybody would us this addon SEO will 1000 times more profitable. Just think about it...no G ads, just that 1st spot, pure gold. Also it could make G behave.
