finding winning product

can anyone share with us his strategy to find a winning product or some free tools we can use

Research,research, research.

goto aliexpress or wherever you intend to source your products from. Get into the niche which you chose, now sort the products according to "orders". See which products are recieving the most orders, and check how long the product have been listed there. See its reviews and questions, how frequent and how old are they, it will let you know if the product is in trend or not.

There's alot more to product research, you just need to figure out your own way. Don't just go ahead and spend money on ads for the products with highest orders. Research the trending products not the one's which are already being sold by dozens of stores.

Another way is to use sites like pexda and ecomhunt which give you trending products and their ad targeting regularly.

Another way is to use ad spying tools so you can see what your competetors are selling and it also lets you see their ads and some spy tools let you see their targetting too.

There are also freelancers out there that you can hire to do product research for you and they provide you with a report so you can make informed decisions.

Even better than freelancers is unpaid student interns.

Had some smarties from my college do product research--amazing products found, no cost for me.

So to find a winning product, more then anything you have to use your head, and be quick about things. Not only just looking on aliexpress or on wish, but observing trends. Example: I have a friend that noticed everyone started to buy juul's. Your personal twitter and snapchat could help with this just networking with people and finding what the hype is all about. Then he saw on aliexpress they were selling coats for juuls with brand names like versace and gucci. Next thing he knows with some facebook advertising and a quick booty looking website-- BAM!!! $8k a day, and now he also sells information technology as to how he did this all, lol. Literally new era as chit, but potatoes gonna potate brah he's traveling and such.

I operate a general home textile store, and that's not a winning product
can you guys advise, let's say okay, you have found a good winning product and want to sell it - what you guys do next? A landing page for each product or FB ads only?

Well what i would do is

1) make a website, or use a page out of an existing website to test the viability of this business
2) Yes, facebook ads, put some money and see how much interaction you get
3) if you got 1-3 orders at the least for the minimal amount of money- WINNING PRODUCT start this business m8

What's the minimal amount of money in your mind?

I'd say $20 if you have different ad sets, but more is of course ideal because you never know which target market would be the right one to land you a buyer- facebook has its own rating system from 1-10 on relevancy to help with that.
