Finding Videos That Don't Infringe Copyright

I'm looking to start posting more videos on my Facebook page, but was curious how other page owners found videos to share. I'm looking for the best "clean" way to find/post videos.. Is it okay to grab them from YouTube and give credit to the YT creator? Thanks in advance!

You can add own watermark and tiny text then upload this may work but sometimes these videos can't be monetized.
