Finding/scraping small Facebook pages with high engagement?

I'm trying to find Facebook pages that have between 20k to 100k likes with a mostly US audience. What's the best way to do this?

You can search them with MassPlanner

Thanks for the recommendation! It does the job fairly well, but the number of results it returns for generic keywords does feel limited.
