Finding Reddit Account

Hey, guys.

I'm very familiar with Reddit, however, I can see that old accounts with high Karma sold for a good price (sometimes more than $100), my question here is how these guys can find such accounts? I'm sure they don't grow them but also and certainly there is a way they get them.

Also, I noticed that those accounts all of them are linked with Hotmail, so I think there is a strong relation between Hotmail and getting Reddit accounts.

Why are you sure they don't grow them?

I think most of them buy a bunch of old accounts, and then increase their comment/post karma to sell them for much more than they spent.
 
Most sellers will create & karma farm their own accounts. Its also possible that those accounts are bought from reddit users for reselling.

you are wrong if you think that they don't create and grow these accounts themselves they absolutely do. there isn't a way to find these accounts you have to make them yourself but you might be able to find aged/new accounts for cheap prices if you buy them at bulk from someone who wants to clear the inventory

I am sitting on 5k reddit 6 month old account and maturity of them used hotmail and outlook as well

and the reason that most of the accounts are linked with hotmail and outlook is that it's quite easy to create or purchase these mails at large quantities although these mails don't last very long but it's good enough for registering accounts plus they also have pop3/imap enabled to receive email most of the time and that's very handy when registering account.
 
Do you think someone will keep growing an aged Reddit account for 5 years??? I don't think so!

Why Hotmail and Outlook, simply because there is a way to register them (Hotmail and Outlook) after 1 year if the user didn't login to them, so simply as I think these people simply they go for Hotmail which is linked with these accounts Reddit, and register them! you might say I know all of these and why this thread because I want to know the exact process and tools.

By the way, this method works also for fb and other social media!

5 years isn't a long time it's possible that they made so many accounts and were not able to sell that many so now those left over the accounts are pretty aged and good or they got from some other seller that had the same story. most of the time sellers only grow accounts when they know they are going to clear the inventory out soon

but if you are saying that they were growing the accounts throughout that timeline it's very much possible that they just purchased the accounts from real users at a lower price and now selling at a markup or these could be compromised and cracked accounts

but either way I think after they got the access to the account they just shifted the ownership to some Hotmail and Outlook since It's easy to get these mails

quite frankly I can't understand properly what you have written here. but if you are saying that these people just target accounts that are made with Hotmail and Outlook and then somehow get access to that email I highly doubt that but even that it was possible how would they know what email was attached with the account??

Anyway thank you for your reply, but just wanted to know how these sellers get those accounts.
The seller I'm dealing with (I can say their name here) sells every day like 30 to 50 accounts/daily, that's why I think he gets these accounts in a way that no one has an idea about it, if he has many accounts he would add them in a bulk, but seems he scrape them daily.

Many sellers will create & karma farm their own accounts.

Karma farming in big subs, usually by reposting or posting easy content.
Most of people buy old aged blank accounts and karma farm on them that is how you get 1 year+ accs with karma.
Rarely do people create their own accs and keep them for years before posting, but it may be possible some do.
