My gmail account was recently hacked and about 1000 emails to people in my contacts list directing them to go to a particular website . I was able to track down an IP address that accessed the account along with the IP of the site they were recommending people visit. What I'd like to know is how best to put the smackdown on these assholes. I hate the fact that someone was able to do this and that they chose me. I generally keep to myself and don't mess with others. The offending IP that gained access comes from China and the IP for the site is in amsterdam. I greatly appreciate any ideas you BHW can provide. It's not my area of expertise, so I'm feeling pretty clueless right now. Thanks in advance.
