Finding proxies for Youtube Accounts- help please?

Hey guys.
Do you know any supplier where can i buy 30 good proxies? I will be using them on Youtube accounts. Not creating , but for software. And i have 30 accounts so 1 proxy per account. I dont need like 10 super private ultra proxies for $100. Something good for software. I dont want to get banned. Thats all, anyone knows?
