Finding people who need signups

I am having a brain freeze and need some help, Im giving away a car at dealership in a month , people will be coming to the fill out offers on my computer and submitting an essay to win the car. I have everything worked out but my problem is i dont trust the affilate networks to pay me so what Id like to do is find people with websites or whateve that need signups and members to there sites.

My question is how do i find advertisers willing to pay for my signups. So far this event is happening for three days and already had 1000 people express intrest. So what do I do any suggestions?

just rephrase your question and ask bhw members which affiliates pay, or, check the archives by typing in similiar phrase in upper left search button. Then read previous threads on cpa offers that pay using car dealerships.VOILA!
