Finding Niches Program

Hi Guys,

I'm looking to promote small businesses on instagram. The problem is finding them. My niche is fashion.

Is there a program out there that would say search for accounts with less than 5k followers, selling in the fashion niche and send automated messages to them - I'm guessing I'd have to do this via searching for people who have posted things like "sale" and "buy". I've fiddled with FollowLiker and I'm not sure it quite fits the bill.

If any has any suggestions or ideas that would be great.

You can export the bio and filter the users with specific bio. Then import the users in FL and send them a DM.
