Finding niche with Market samurai

I recently analyze keyword in market samurai, and find that the seotcr is 0% that indicates it is weak competition. But after i check the keyword in google,the serp is dominate by website that has pr 3- pr 4 site. So, does market samurai accurate?

I think you have gotten a little confused...the SEOT = the maximum potential daily clicks for the #1 spot in google, SEOC = the amount of competing web pages globally.

To evaluate the SEO Competition, you need to analyse your keyword in the SEO Competition module of market samurai, it will have red,yellow and green squares with PR, IC, BL etc, the more green squares you see the better

PS - if you have a keyword with 0% SEOC, stay away from it, you want some competition because if there is no competition it is probably because no one wants to buy a product in whatever your niche is.
