Finding Mobile Phone Numbers

Hi guys,

Does anyone know of a way to find mobile phone numbers for specific people?

I'd like to be able to provide an address, name, and/or the city where a person lives, then find their cellphone number. If anyone knows of a resource to find this information, that would be great.

Moreover, if you can provide a service to find these numbers, please PM me.

Both are options. Would prefer free, but if the information is not accurate or is incomplete, then I'd rather pay for quality.

Sounds like it -- but the results would need to be strictly mobile phones. I do not want landlines or fax machines.

I've used Spokeo for this but it's not all cell phone numbers. With number portability it's a lot harder to verify cell phone numbers than it use to be in the past.
