Finding Micro Niches?

I've been seeing this fad start lately. Everyone across the internet is popping up these ready-made micro niche sites. They all seem to have similar things in common like:

Buyers niche
Domain available with main keyword
2000+ searches per month
Decent Adwords CPC for the keyword

I've seen people offering them on here, WF, and many other forums. I'm guessing there is a tool that delivers these.

My question is, what tool is it?

You can find them with Market Samurai.. You have it in download section...

A better choice would be Micro Niche Finder, the app built specifically for this sole purpose- find micro niche sites, see if the domain with keyword is available, check if CPC is high, and start churning out one Micro niche site after another.

Yeah Micro Niche Finder would be better.. But I cant find it any more anywhere.. Their site seems to be down for some time now?

I have both tools. MNF you need to first enter in a word to search.

Also, how does MS find niches? you searching words until you find one that meets the criteria?

I'm guessing there is a tool that spits out random keywords that fit the criteria above.

Yeah I know what is the problem..

I had cracked version long time ago and i changed my host file.. But now I cant change it back.. damn..

It is all good now.. host file was set to read only.. lol..

yeh i guess so ..
you can change it back .
open the host file run as administrator and remove the lines and save.
if you are not able to do the above.
do this.
create a new notepad rename to host and then go to the host file copy what you need and paste in the new note click save as and save in the old host file location and it will overwrite and wola...

Can you explain your suggestions and how exactly you find these? It seems like with both tools you'd be on a wild goose chase typing in random things you think of until something pans out.
