Is there a way of finding all links external links inside a website?
I'm not looking for the backlinks of the site but simply the websites that this website provide link to.

I think you can use Majestic SEO for that purpose. I've been using it for gathering backlinks and external links, plus other useful website data that I need. You can even export the report as a CSV file, that will really help you mate!

you must be talking about internal links.
If yes, you can google for internal link analyzer tools which will tell you the number of outgoing links from your website.
