Finding link partners, websites or emails

Hi,

I have been searching within my niche for link partners and have built up a list of 500+ email addresses using scrapebox to get them from other directories. I think I have run out of directories to get more emails from so, was going to move on to searching for websites within Google. I'm planning on going through each website by hand, finding and adding emails to my list and then removing a duplicates.

How do you do this, what's your process?
How do you send out your emails, really don't want to break any laws? could I use mailchimp?

Don't do that. Just start on social media and get people to like your page. You will have site owners and page owners reach out to you.

I have used scrapebox to harvest. It seems work well.
