There was a thread here where it was explained in step by step details how to find keyword golden ratio with ahrefs. I previously saved it but could not see it again. I have looked for it but could not find it. Can anyone help me please if you bookmarked?

  • Go into keyword explorer
  • Type in a broad topic related to your niche like gods, baseball, diabetes, etc.
  • Head over all keywords ideas
  • Set the volume filters to a maximum of 250
  • You can also set the min number of words to 2 or 3
  • Export the list to CSV
  • Go over the list and "clean" it wedding out unrelated keywords
  • Once you got clean a list head over to Google and run the allintitle with every one of those keywords.
  • If you´re targeting a particular country make sure to enable a VPN extension on your browser and load chrome on incognito mode before running anything on Google
  • That´s it!

Thank you for taking out time to help. Is there a particular reason why vpn and incognito mode are important?

Search result varies from country to country. If you want to target a particular country, You need to analyse the SERP from that location.

Still looking for the thread I saw sometimes ago. If anyone has access to it, please drop it here

Are you sure the method was posted by OP or in one of the comments? I can´t find it.

Yeap, I did an extensive search even using some Google advanced search operators and couldn´t find anything.

But, I think my method should be pretty close to what you saw.

Another way I can think of how you can find KGR keywords with Ahrefs is to...
  • Run a competitor´s URL on Site Explorer
  • Go into the organic keywords tab
  • Set the volume to a max of 250
  • Set the word count to something like 4 or 5 - Something high so it won´t have too much competition (low allintitle result)
Also, forgot to mention, if you want to target a particular user´s search intent you can filter down keywords by using the "Include" tab and add prefixes like...
  • "Best" - For commercial intent keywords
  • "Best, For" and selecting "All Words" - For commercial intent keywords (this are very effective)
  • "How to" - For informational intent keywords
  • "Top" - Also, commercial intent.
You can also play with these keyword modifiers. I am sure you won´t have any issues finding great keywords with this.

Cheers!!
