wassup u black hat people
So i've been in situations where I've tried to find big instagram pages for a specific niche that has an actual good engagement rate to run ads on, but usually I end up finding pages that look to be big but engagement ends up being little..
Are there any tools or techniques to help with finding the GOOD instagram pages?

I am actually wondering the same.
Let's imagine I am looking to find the best instagram accounts witht the following speficities : #Specific-country #Male #Age
Is there any tool or website that can then give me a list of instagram account ranked per number of followers ?

Not sure about a tool, but I do have a technique I use.

Start compiling a list of accounts on shoutout websites, such as; shoutcart, jumpfame. Once you have all the decent accounts from those sites, check to see who they follow and just keep expanding the list. Eventually it can become like a web of different accounts. Worth a try.
