I'm looking to find some guest bloggers, does anyone have any good advice on finding guest bloggers for their blogs? It seems to be easy to find people willing to write low quality trash but what I'm looking for is some to write decent quality content.

Thanks for the responses and in the Forex/Trading niche. There's a vast amount of low quality content in the niche and I could easily find someone to write poor quality posts but most writers lack quality or proper understanding of financial markets.
