Finding Facebook Groups By Local Region

Hey all,

I'm looking to find some Facebook groups to join that are location-centric, specifically based around 1 state in the USA. Is there a good way to find those groups? I know little to nothing about searching around in facebook.

I'm no fb expert but doesnt it just take search for city and then clicking to groups or pages and joining, not the persoanl accounts obviously. i did that for california and i belong to over 50 pages or so all in my surrounding cities im targetting. then again im not fb whiz but it only took me about 20 mins to do it.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah I've done that by just starting searches with the city name or county name as the first word.

I've looked into mass planner and thought very strongly about giving it a shot. Probably need to get some proxies first but I'll probably give it a try no less. Thanks
